The canals of Amsterdam are once again shrouded in mystery and danger after 37 long years, as they become the scene of chilling and bloody events. Tara Lee, an ambitious young detective, finds herself thrust into this macabre mystery and turns to Visser, a seasoned detective who previously apprehended a notorious serial killer terrorizing the same watery pathways.
