Pretty Hard Cases

“Pretty Hard Cases” is a refreshing depiction of two contrasting female detectives, Sam and Kelly, who are in their early 40s. As part of the Guns and Gangs and Narcotics units, respectively, they each exemplify unique forms of heroism, showcasing their skill, toughness, determination, and relentlessness during the day. However, when the badge comes off, they face personal challenges: loneliness, unresolved family issues, chaotic love lives, and the nagging feeling that their career aspirations might not perfectly align with their true personal needs.
